What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following two main payment methods:

PayPal: Selmaya primarily uses PayPal for secure payments. Through PayPal, we accept MasterCard, VISA, American Express and Discover.

Secure Credit Card Payment: We also accept credit card payments via Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.

In what currency are my invoices processed?

All our transactions are processed in euros. If your credit or debit card uses a different currency, your bank will use the relevant exchange rate for the currency you selected, depending on the website you are visiting.

Do you offer the option to pay in 3 or 4 installments?

We accept payment in 3 installments.

How can I change my order?

If you discover an error in your order after receiving your order confirmation email, you can contact us via our support center.

Please note that we can only change your order before it has been shipped.

Once your package has been shipped, we can no longer make any changes.

What should I do if I haven't received a confirmation email? If you haven't received an order confirmation, you may have entered the wrong email address during checkout, or the email may have ended up in your spam folder. You can log in to your account to view your orders. Please contact us for more information about your order.
